What is One Tree?
What makes One Tree Collaborations unique is that we take a holistic view of your company. Other firms focus primarily on finance, process, or culture or do so with different silos of their firm. Your One Tree team is led by experienced executives who can operate at the intersection of finance, process and culture while bringing in the tools you need to succeed without losing what made your company what it is.
The analogy we like to use is a tree. What you see is the top of the tree - the trunk, branches and leaves represent the financial performance of your company and the image it projects outwardly to its clients. But what creates a healthy tree is the root system and the soil in which it resides. We view those as process and culture - if those things aren't healthy, your company will struggle to succeed.
What do we do?
Much like an annual physical, we come in and do an assessment of your company. We look at all areas of the company, we talk to people at all levels informally and executives through interviews, we observe how your company runs, and we look at the financials. All of these things tell us a story about where your company is from a health standpoint and how congruent the messages received from the executive team are with actual day-to-day functioning.
The result is a comprehensive report that helps us identify the health of the company in three key areas - finance, process, and culture. Our analysis and data dashboards help management understand where the company is relative to where it is going with actionable priority driven focus. We use it to work with you to develop an implementable action plan to strengthen what you've already created, established and built.

Our process uses our OTC Plateau System to take long range goals and put them into steps to make them actionable and more attainable and reduce risk. That process identifies the resources needed to get there - not just financial and operational, but also from a culture and personnel perspective.

Based on Global Sustainability · ESG frameworks including Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), Global Resource Institute (GRI) and CFA Institute guidance, we provide services to incorporate sustainability · ESG into the organization via our proprietary OneTree Collaborations PlayBook ® for both companies and investment firms.
We provide initial incorporation of principles to substantiate and demonstrate Sustainability commitment to stakeholders, customers and investors.
